Swan Lake

After last season's success of The Nutcracker have Peter Schaufuss assembled the same team for his next ballet to Tchaikovsky's music, where The West End Theater Orchestra again stands for the fairytale musical score.

The story of SWAN LAKE is this: Prince Siegfried's mother mends his son to choose a bride. Prince takes with his entourage into the woods, where he left in the moonlight at Swan Lake.

Prince Siegfried falls in love with the Swan girl and her friends who at dawn conjured into swans, supervised by the evil Rothbart. The prince marries inadvertently Roth Bart's daughter, the black swan as he thinks she is his dream girl.

The black swan shows his true self, and Prince Siegfried realizes that he has broken his promise love for the Swan girl.

Then begins his quest for the lost love.

The ballet is in two acts.
